Solar Wax Melter with rotating stand, for 6 frames

Product information: Sun Wax Melter GRANDE

The solar wax melter is a high-quality beekeeping tool specifically designed for the efficient melting of beeswax. Its innovative design and materials enable the efficient use of solar energy.

Characteristics:

• Unbreakable twin-wall disc : The disc stores heat up to 120°C, which accelerates and optimizes the melting process.
• Stainless steel support plate : Provides a heat-resistant surface that supports wax flow and allows for easy cleaning.
• Stainless steel wax tray : Robust and durable, perfect for collecting and storing melted wax.

Dimensions:

• Internal dimensions of the frame surface : 49 x 48.5 x 13 cm
• Overall internal dimensions : 60 x 48.5 cm
• External dimensions of the cover frame : approx. 59 x 70 cm
• Dimensions of wax bowl : 47.8 x 10.5 x 7 cm

Capacity:

• Frames : The Schmelzer offers space for up to 6 Zander or standard size frames (3 on top of each other) or 3 Dadant or Zadant brood chamber frames on top of each other.

Material and workmanship:

• Solid wood construction : The melter is made of robust solid wood, which gives it stability and durability.
• Black lacquer : The protective lacquer protects the wood from the elements and ensures an attractive appearance.
• In this solar wax melter, the inner Betoplan panel has been additionally coated. Since Betoplan panels are already factory-coated, further coating is generally unnecessary. Should the coating flake off over time, this will have no effect on the functionality of the wax melter and is harmless.

The GRANDE solar wax melter is the perfect choice for beekeepers who want to process beeswax sustainably and efficiently. Harness the power of the sun and optimize your beekeeping processes with this high-performance melter.
