Warranty terms and conditions
Goods warranty, return and exchange rules
1. The Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale transaction of the goods by notifying the Seller in writing within 7 business days from the delivery of the goods, under the following conditions:
1.1. In order to return the goods, the Buyer must fill out the goods return document in the form established by the Seller, which is sent to the Buyer by e-mail at the Buyer's request. The goods return document is submitted together with the returned goods. When returning the goods, it is necessary to submit a document confirming its acquisition, a warranty card (if it was issued).
1.2. The Buyer must immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date of submitting the notification of withdrawal from the contract to the Seller or another person authorized by him.
1.3. If the goods do not meet the quality requirements, the Seller shall immediately and no later than within 30 days from the date on which he received the Buyer's notification of withdrawal from the purchase and sale transaction, refund to the Buyer all amounts paid by him, including the Buyer's delivery costs, if any, or undertake to replace the goods with quality goods. When refunding to the Buyer all amounts paid, the Seller shall use the same payment method as the Buyer used to pay to the Seller, unless the Buyer has expressly agreed to a different method.
1.4. A product that the Buyer (consumer) does not like due to its shape, size, color, model or completeness may be replaced (returned) only if no more than 14 days have passed since the date of sale of the product and the returned product is of good quality, has not been damaged and has not substantially changed its appearance (changes in the appearance of the product or its packaging that were necessary to inspect the product are not considered substantial changes in the appearance of the product). In this case, the shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.
1.5. The products are returned in the original packaging of the product and the shipment (with a description and warranty card, if they were provided with the product). When returning, it is necessary to provide the original document of purchase of the product, which the Buyer received together with the product.
1.6. In the event of a dispute regarding changes in the appearance of the returned product or damage to the product, the Seller shall contact the State Non-Food Products Inspectorate under the Ministry of Economy and submit the product for examination. The costs of the examination shall be borne by the guilty party.
1.7. In the event of a dispute regarding goods, the distribution of which on the market is regulated by the State Food and Veterinary Service, the Seller shall apply to the relevant institutions for the examination of the product. The costs of the examination shall be borne by the guilty party.
Warranty service.
2. The warranty period for the goods begins from the date of purchase of the goods. During the warranty period, the goods are replaced with a new one or repaired, depending on the nature of the defect.
2.1. The Seller or manufacturer provides a quality guarantee for the goods, the provider of which, the specific term and other conditions are indicated in the description of the goods, in the document confirming the guarantee for the goods.
2.2. In the event that the Seller does not provide a quality guarantee for the goods, the quality guarantee for such goods established by legal acts shall apply.
2.3. The guarantee shall not be provided if inappropriate changes or modifications have been made to the goods.
2.4. The return, exchange and warranty service of goods purchased by consumers is carried out in accordance with European Union directives, the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable legal acts.
