How it works

The too moist honey is first gently heated. It then flows through a six-stage honey cascade, where it is slowly and evenly dried. The air circulates through the connected dehumidifier in a closed circuit – without any contact with the outside.

Important: the ideal flow rate is about 15 kg of honey per 30 minutes.
