Description This automatic AVV-100 extractor removes honey from uncapped Dadant frames by centrifugal force. Its Ø1200 mm tank and semi-reversible cassettes support productive operation with 16 frames. The rotor uses separating plates, allowing more cassettes within the same tank diameter. Its welded profile-tube frame has an open upper loading area for easier frame handling and better compensation of uneven frame loads. The enclosed two-stage belt drive uses a 24 V DC motor. Power can be supplied from 220 V through a transformer-rectifier or from two series-connected 12 V batteries. Cassettes turn automatically according to rotor direction.
