Terms & Conditions

Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Legal Guarantee

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from an online purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, receive the goods. If your order contains several goods delivered separately, the period begins on the day you receive the last good.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by email or post:

UAB “Bitė Tuk”
Kirtimų 51, LT-02244 Vilnius, Lithuania
Email: [email protected]
Tel.: +370 61601482 or +370 63461626

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but using it is not compulsory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We will not reimburse additional costs arising from your choice of a more expensive delivery option.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

You must send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

For goods that can be returned by parcel post, you bear the direct cost of returning them.

For goods that cannot normally be returned by post because of their nature, the estimated return cost corresponds to the shipping cost shown for the relevant item and delivery address during checkout.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Model Withdrawal Form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

5. Goods That Do Not Conform to the Contract

Consumers have statutory rights if goods do not conform to the contract. For new goods, the seller is liable for a lack of conformity for at least two years from delivery, in accordance with the applicable national law.

Where required by law, we will remedy a lack of conformity free of charge. This may include repair or replacement. Necessary costs, including required shipping and transport costs, are borne by the seller. Other remedies are available where provided by applicable law.

Statutory rights do not cover defects caused by misuse or by modifications or repairs that caused the defect.

6. Commercial Warranty

An additional commercial warranty applies only if it is expressly stated in the product description or in a separate warranty document. A commercial warranty does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

The applicable mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
