Additional manufacturer information

28-Frame Automatic Reversible Honey Extractor for Langstroth (Rut) FramesThe premier industrial processing unit in the AVV-100 commercial cassette extractor catalog. Custom-engineered for integration into high-volume, automated honey extraction and packing lines of large honey cooperatives. This machine can hold and spin an incredible 28 Langstroth (Rut) frames in a single processing run. The self-reversing cassettes guarantee ultimate honey yield from the comb cells, maintaining extreme operational speed and preventing cell wall damage.Pros for Large Industrial Honey Houses:Massive Processing Output: Developed to support commercial outfits running thousands of hives, drastically cutting down labor crew hours and operation costs.Stabilized Heavy Rotor: The robust central shaft and heavy-duty industrial bearing blocks effectively absorb dynamic vibrations during initial off-balance unspun cycles.Automated Processing Unit: The advanced microprocessor controller pilots the entire cycle sequence (acceleration ramps, direction reverses, braking profile) fully autonomously.Technical Specifications:Manufacturer: AVV-100 FactoryModel: 28HRABNFrame Capacity: 28 Langstroth (Rut) FramesTank Outer Diameter: Ø 1200 mmNet Weight: 205 kg
